GBF donate to the Ukraine Appeal – but we couldn’t have done it without you!

The world feels overwhelming right now, and no doubt, like you, we at GBF were feeling pretty helpless in the face of so much suffering. So this year, we decided to donate £10,000 to the Crisis in Ukraine via the British Red Cross (Ukraine appeal). When mentioning this to our customers, we were amazed at how well all of our customers supported this.
But, we couldn’t have made such a contribution without the support of our customers and of course, our GBF team. So, on behalf of all of us at GBF, we wanted to thank you for your purchases and continued support; we truly appreciate your business! We’re so lucky to have customers like you!
Our donation will be used to reach people in urgent need, including:
•Providing food, first aid, clean water, shelter support, warm clothing, hygiene parcels and medicines
•Supporting hospitals and healthcare facilities
•Supporting firefighters and civil protection units
•Training people up in life-saving first aid
•Helping families stay in contact with each other
•Educating people on the risks of explosives
•Repairing vital infrastructure
•Helping to repair homes, healthcare centres, schools and community centres.
